• Why is your generators so much more expensive than the competition?

  Our Theron Generators are more expensive than the competition only on unit price. However when you add the cost of our competition (even though they are only standby and NOT all-the-time generators) then you will immediately realize that we are actually cheaper. Let me explain by using this example: Our generator example cost is $10. The competition generator example cost is $5. For our generator you only have an installation mount cost and no further monthly or yearly expenses. For their generator you have the same installation and mounting cost, you have the cost of buying and installing (depending what you bought) a massive tank to hold the gas/oil/diesel/propane etc. You also have a plumbers cost to install the piping. You then have a monthly or annual cost (depending on how much you run those standby generators) of refilling the fuel or whatever they run on - for LIFE. So when their generator cost $5 only, the additional equipment and installation costs easily add up to another $10 and then you have monthly and yearly costs of another $5 per year. We at Theron generators have a ONE-TIME purchase cost and that is it. The unit is yours and does not use any resources or emit any pollutants and saves you tens-of-thousands over it's lifetime. Keep in mind also that our generators are FULL-TIME or ALL-THE-TIME generators, where their generators are only standby or backup generators.

• Where can I place my new generator?

  You should consult a licensed electrician. Most installations place the new generator within 20 feet from your main electrical panel or service box. The preferred location is outside the home or structure. Our generators do not have any emissions and are safe to install close to the structure. However, local code and regulations should be followed at all times. Consult a licensed electrician.

• What does it take to make it work?

  Unlike traditional standby generators, our generators do not require you to get a plumber to install  a propane or diesel tank. Neither does our generators work of solar or wind or hydro. Our generators are based on perpetual motion and main principals of the technology is magnetic in origin. Installation is easy and cost effective. Similar to traditional standby generators, our generators require only the connection or installation of the electrical harness alongside your existing electrical distribution box or breaker switch box. This should be done by a professional licensed electrician. Once completed, you can turn on your generator and if you selected the right size generator for your structure, all electrical applications should function perfectly. Be sure to consult us before making your selection.

• Can I resell my generator or take it with me when I move?

  Once you purchase a generator from us as a home owner, it is your property. You may sell it or trade it. Please remember that service contracts are not transferable. If you move to a new residence or location, it is solely your choice if you wish to remove (professionally) your generator and take it with you. Please be sure to contact us and update your new address. Dealerships or sellers of more than one unit - contact us.

• Where do you ship to? Can I purchase these generators for use outside the USA?

  Currently we do sell or ship to all countries worldwide thru our dealerships (should a approved dealership exist in your country). We are currently working on expanding our reach to include the Pacific Rim as well as African countries. Join our mailing list to stay informed.

• Can I Start or Stop my generator remotely?

  Currently we are providing 3 types of remote monitoring environments that would allow you to securely login and remotely turn your generator on or off. We are also allowing you to view your generator from anywhere in the world via the Internet and our day/night infrared camera that is wireless. • What is the Affiliate program and how does it work?

  To become an Affiliate Dealership you and your business must register and sign up as an Affiliate Dealer. Our affiliate dealers earn up to 10% of the gross percentage of the generator sales.  We currently have 6 regional sales manager positions open and over 100 sales affiliate positions open. Sales Managers are compensated 5% of sales for every unit one of their sales staff sell.
